The City&Guilds/NPTC Level 3 in Forestry and Arboriculture is achieved by building up individual units. These units range from solely practical units or classroom based units with coursework to complete.
The units achieved can be built up to achieve the following:
Level 3 Certificate in Forestry and Arboriculture (30 Credits) – From £1350
Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Forestry and Arboriculture (60 Credits) – From £2700
Level 3 90-Credit Diploma in Forestry and Arboriculture (90 Credits) – From £4050

Unit 327 – Tree Felling and Chainsaw Use (covering Training for NPTC Chainsaw Maintenance, Crosscutting and Felling to 380mm and Woodchipper) (10 Credits) – on Demand (NPTC Assessment to pay for)
